Delivery & Returns

All of our products are delivered using 1st Class Royal Inland Mail / Air mail. Delivery is Free on orders under £10.00. For orders over £10.00 these will be sent out recorded delivery and there will be a charge of £2.75.

Our aim is to process all online orders within 1 working days of an order being placed. Our hours of business are Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm – often earlier and usually much later.

Any items purchased through Paws4thoughtpettags, excluding engraved / personalised items may be returned by prior arrangement at the customer’s expense within 7 days of delivery.

 

Any discrepancies with you order must be reported within 48hrs after receipt of your goods.

 

Goods must be in there original packaging.
Please contact us either by email sales@paws4thoughtpettags.co.uk if there is a problem with your order. We will provide guidance on where to return items, and the options on obtaining an exchange or refund. We are unable to accept any returns of engraved / personalised items unless the item is defective. Or if I have made a spelling mistake. We copy and paste the text you send us so please ensure you have spelt all you text correctly.
Important information.

If you have not received your item within 5 working days from placing your order please get in touch with us to let us know.

Then we can confirm when your item was sent.

If the item appears to be lost in the post we have to follow royal mail policy and wait 15 working days before issuing a claim
against royal mail. Royal mail will then confirm with yourselves that the item has not been received it is only when we have all the
details and costs incurred that we will then offer a replacement item or a complete refund.
